1. About the service
PlanTravel is a trip planning service that lets you search, compare and plan trips — flights, hotels, car rental and activities — all in one place.
2. PlanTravel is not a party to your booking
PlanTravel does not sell trips itself and is not a party to any agreement to purchase flights, hotel rooms, car rental or activities. When you book, you are directed to a third-party provider (e.g. Kiwi.com, Booking.com, DiscoverCars, Viator), and the agreement is made directly between you and the provider. Payment is made to the provider — PlanTravel never handles your payment information.
3. Commission and affiliate links
PlanTravel receives commission from some partners when you book via links in the app or on the website. This does not affect the price you pay.
4. Disclaimer
Prices, availability and other information about third-party services are sourced from the providers and may change quickly. PlanTravel is not responsible for the quality, execution, cancellations or other matters related to services provided by third parties. Such inquiries must be directed to the provider.
5. User account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent, in accordance with applicable privacy legislation in your country.
6. Intellectual property
Design, text, logo and other content in PlanTravel belongs to Olstad Digital and may not be reused without permission.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. In case of material changes, we will notify users in the app/on the website.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, with Norwegian courts as the venue.
